2. All designs and creatives provided by BYMD are for the client's use only and may not be resold.

3. Payments must be made on time according to the invoice terms agreed upon at the start of the project.

4. Users agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any part of our service without written approval.

5. BYMD retains the right to display the final work in our portfolio and for marketing purposes unless specifically requested otherwise by the client.

6. Clients are responsible for providing timely and complete feedback to ensure project deadlines are met.

7. Any revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

8. BYMD shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.
